About Scott
Scott grew up playing all types of sports. After injuries slowed him down, he found a new passion in weight training. 30 years later, he still gets excited to move his body each and every day.
​
From a traditional gym setting, to cross fit and group classes, Scott was inspired by the fitness stories of others. Shortly after, he received his PTS certificate and has been training individuals and groups ever since.
​
When he's not leading classes at F45, bootcamps outside, or training teams, Scott challenges himself by entering Spartan races, playing sports, and chasing around his kids.
The Programs
Scott's programs offer a motivating, group fitness dynamic which is both challenging and supportive. Bootcamps are hosted indoor and outdoor during warmer months, while Team Training is offered year-round for all sport types.
